  5. Confirm the payment and we’ll go on with the preparation and the shipping of your order, taking you updated by e-mail.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return an item, in 30 working days from the delivery. 

 

 

What’s the return’s policy?

The right of return is submitted to these conditions:

  1. the bought item will have to be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete of all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and additional equipment)

  2. To limit the damaging to the original packaging we recommend, when it is possible, to insert it in a second package (it’s forbidden to apply labels or adhesive tapes on the product’s original packaging)

 

 

Strategia srl will refund the customer the entire amount paid for the product by cancellation of the amount charged to your credit card or by bank transfer or by a Bank transfer.
